Mission Trip Opportunities

Available during spring and fall breaks and all summer. Your group will provide service to elderly, disabled and those in need in our community.

New Ebenezer provides all materials needed and you provide the labor, smiling faces and transportation to the work site. Projects consist of yard work, mowing, raking and trimming, out door painting and minor repairs to steps, porches and handicap ramps. Working with Habitat for HumanityManna HouseMission on the Move and Faith Equestrian Therapeutic Center (a therapeutic horse farm) are also included.

You will have many opportunities for your group to serve others and grow in faith.

These mission weeks are customized for middle, high school and college age groups depending on abilities.

One day is scheduled as a half day working and the afternoon is free for you to visit historic Savannah, GA, Tybee Beach or Hilton Head Island, SC. The historic Jerusalem Lutheran Church and the Georgia Salzburger Society Museum are also nearby.

Basketball, volleyball, tennis, walking trails, a fishing lake and a pool are available when you return each day. Evening Bible study can be provided or you are free to do your own. Canoeing on the Ebenezer Creek is also available if requested in advance.
